daily at least for 30 min. Meditation is the key to control your mental health.

You should learn how to keep your stress levels in check. Read articles about myths and facts about it. Gain true knowledge. Self-awareness is important. Watch motivational videos or read books about it. Talk to a friendly face. Take a break from your daily routine and enjoy your leisure time with your loved ones. If you feel you should consult a physiatrist then do not hesitate to go there. Understand that it is okay to be not okay.
Find purpose and meaning in life. This may be a reason for almost all stress that you don’t know what you want to do in your life. Finding a purpose for your life is as essential as setting your goals for a career. Do not push yourself so much hard. Take your life lightly. If you clear about the actual meaning of life, you are sorted. This will definitely help you to overcome your mental stress.
Eat a brain-healthy diet to support strong mental health. Your diet is equally important with exercise. Here is the list of food which affected your health.
